- Kukke Shri Subrahmanya Temple: Lord Subramanya is the deity worshipped in the form of a Cobra in Kukke Shri Subrahmanya Temple. It is believed that a person either in this birth or any of his previous births can be afflicted by the Sarpa (serpent) dosha (curse) and poojas performed here by devotees are to get rid of the dosha.
Manjunathaswamy Temple: Taking the form of a shiva linga, Manjunatheshwara is the chief deity of the spiritual abode. The temple is one of the famous religious landmarks with a history as old as 800 years.
Bahubali Statue Dharmasthala: Standing at a height of 39-feet, the majestic shrine of lord Bahubali can be reached by climbing steps of the hill or by road. It was sculpted, under the aegis of Shri Ratnavarma Heggade, in 1973 by the famed sculptor Renjala Gopalkrishna Shenoy.
Kadri Manjunatha Temple: Depicting early Vijayanagara architecture dating back to 10th and 11th century AD, the temple is the spectacular temple of Lord Manjunatha or Lord Shiva.
Mangaladevi Temple: A 1000 years old ancient temple of Mangaladevi nestles deep inside the forest of Periyar Tiger Reserve. Famous for its Pandyan architecture, the legend behind this divine temple is mind-boggling.
Sharavu Mahaganapathi Temple: The Shivalinga has been worshipped by the Maharaja as Sharabeshwara and now this temple is one of the famous places to visit.
Kudupu Ananthapadmanabha Temple: 10 km away from Mangalore City, Kudupu Ananthapadmanabha Temple is dedicated to Lord Anantha Padmanabha, another form of Lord Vishnu.
Udupi Krishna Temple: The Udupi Krishna Temple is the centre of the Dvaita Vedanta Hindu philosophy that believes Lord Vishnu (the Supreme Soul) and the individual souls have independent existential realities.
Chandramouleshwara Temple: 900-year-old temple of Chandramouleshwara has marvellous sculptures that attract any art lover. Lord Shiva is the deity of the temple.
Anantheshwara Temple: A historic Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Anantheshwara Temple was built during the reign of the Alupas in the 8th century C.E. It is considered among the oldest in the Tulu Nadu region.
Anegudde Vinayaka Temple: Anegudde is also popularly called as Kumbashi, a name said to be derived from demon Kumbhasura. The temple at Anegudde is dedicated to Lord Vinayaka or Lord Ganesha.
- Mahabaleshwara Temple: One amongst the most visited temples, Mahabaleshwara Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Hindu epics of the Ramayana and the Mahabharata can be found here.
Tamra Gowri Temple: Nestled inside the complex of Mahabaleshwar Temple in Gokarna, Tamra Gowri Temple is dedicated to Goddess Gauri or Parvati, wife of Lord Shiva. Tamra Kund is a sacred pond opposite to the temple.
Sri Madhukeshwara Temple: Getting its name from the honey-hued Shiva Lingam inside the sanctum, Sri Madhukeshwara Temple dates back to the 9th century and is one of oldest temples in Karnataka.
Jog Falls: A waterfall on the Sharavathi river located in the Western Ghats, Jog Falls is the second-highest plunge waterfall in India. Raja, Rani, Roarer and Rocket are the four cascades that plunge from a height of 829 feet.
Sigandur Chowdeshwari Temple: Home of Goddess Chowdeshwari who is also referred to as Sigandur Chowdeshwari, Sigandur Chowdeshwari Temple's idol is prayed and worshipped by devotees to bless them with peace and prosperity.
Goddess Mookambika Temple: A Hindu temple dedicated to the Mother Goddess known as Mookambika Devi. It is situated in the foothills of Kodachadri hills and is believed to be created by sage Parashurama.
Sri Sharadamba Temple: A famous Hindu temple dedicated to goddess Saraswati, Sri Sharadamba Temple is an 8th-century temple founded by Sri Adi Shankaracharya.
Kalaseshwara Temple: After praying and worshipping with sacred flowers and payasam milk, God Para Siva became happy and appeared in front of Sage Agastya. He gave a gift to him and named as Kalasheshwara.
